02Is public bandwidth and IPv4 shared with others?
Standard plans include1 Gbps dedicated bandwidthanddedicated IPv4(seePricing page). If shared-type specs exist, they will be explicitly labeled on the order page and in order details – they are never mixed in by default.

06Where can I see order status, expiry dates, and renewal history?

Once the instance is ready, how do I connect to macOS?
GUI uses VNC; command line uses SSH. Credentials are obtained from the Dashboard – do not display them in public.
07How do I connect to the remote desktop via VNC?
Once the instance is ready, log in toMy Dashboard; go to the 'My Machines' card to enterVNC; or open theRemote Desktop pageand follow the prompts to connect using your order number and token. The token acts as a temporary key – keep it secure after use.
08How do I log in via SSH terminal?
From the machine card in your Dashboard, copy theSSH command example(host, port, username, etc.) and run it in your local terminal. Use the provided key or password; do not upload your private key to untrusted environments or code repositories.
Power operations and instance info are all handled in the Dashboard
Power operations on physical machines are handled by ops staff via tickets – not an instant button like a local VM.
09How do I request a power on, power off, or reboot?
From 'My Machines', initiate apower operation(power on / off / reboot) for the target instance. The request enters theticket systemand is executed by ops staff; processing time depends on the queue and data center schedule.
